Senior Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a facilitator for agile methodologies, assisting multidisciplinary teams in embracing and refining the Scrum framework.

• Encourage ongoing improvement, eliminate obstacles, and synchronize business with technology.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Address and resolve impediments that could hinder team productivity.

• Assist Product Owners and development teams with backlog management.

• Cultivate an agile culture and promote continuous enhancement.

• Track team performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Ensure compliance with agile practices and established processes.

• Act as a liaison between business and technology sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in technology-related projects.

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.

• Experience leading diverse teams.

• Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities.

• Preferred: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or similar).

• Preferred: Background in financial sector projects.

• Preferred: Experience managing demands/requests for ERP systems.

• Preferred: Involvement in agile transformation initiatives.
