Senior Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Independently manage complex technical project and program management tasks within pharmaceutical distribution technology initiatives.

• Implement agile methodologies and facilitate backlog refinement, planning sessions, iteration reviews, and retrospectives.

• Create comprehensive program plans, milestone timelines, risk management registers, and governance frameworks.

• Oversee cross-functional dependencies involving engineering, product, data, and business teams.

• Address obstacles and sustain program progress.

• Administer program risks and issues through established escalation procedures.

• Assist stakeholders in making informed decisions.

• Generate executive-ready program status updates, delivery dashboards, and decision summaries.

• Enhance project management methodologies, delivery frameworks, and program governance practices.

• Mentor less experienced project managers in areas such as planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a similar field is required.

• Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent is preferred.

• Proven ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

• Strong background in budget management, team leadership, and project oversight.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
