Senior Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee several Agile teams to enhance agile maturity and elevate customer outcomes.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies while ensuring compliance with Scrum principles.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement lean agile methodologies.

• Establish continuous improvement practices utilizing value stream mapping and system optimizations.

• Foster accountability for the success of programs and product ownership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 years or equivalent experience in Lean and Agile methodologies, including a minimum of three years as a Scrum Master or Kanban lead.

• Demonstrated success in guiding multiple Agile teams towards achieving agile maturity and enhancing customer outcomes.

• If a Bachelor's degree is not held, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required alongside the necessary work experience.

• Preferred Qualifications include experience as a Scrum Master on a SAFe Agile Release train, leading change and continuous improvement efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams through the application of lean agile techniques.

• Experience in value stream mapping, system-level optimizations, and the application of Theory of Constraints and other Lean methodologies.

• Understanding of Lean Agile values, principles, and practices.

• Advanced knowledge of Lean agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Expert knowledge of scaling frameworks like SAFe.

• Demonstrated strong accountability for program success.

• Expert knowledge of product ownership, DevOps, and test automation practices.

• Advanced communication skills, both written and oral.

• Self-starter with the capacity to prioritize tasks while adhering to multiple deadlines.

• Expert ability to organize data and generate metrics, reports, and dashboards.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and industry-standard Agile tools.

• Advanced ability to drive change at various levels and manage conflicts constructively.
