This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning, development, and management of scientific content for designated accounts across multiple therapeutic areas, targeting diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with the Group Scientific Director to offer clients strategic medical communication insights that align with brand objectives.
• Take the lead in executing content development initiatives independently.
• Manage and supervise Associate Scientific Directors.
• Coordinate with in-house or freelance personnel to handle writing and other content-related responsibilities, including conducting background research, verifying data, and annotating references.
• A doctoral degree in a scientific field (e.g., PhD, PharmD, or MD) is essential.
• Applicants should possess 7 or more years of pertinent experience in medical publications, encompassing manuscripts, posters, abstracts, podium presentations, scientific platforms, and publication extenders.
• This position demands proven organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, along with the ability to analyze and interpret scientific data, manage multiple tasks, work autonomously, and oversee projects under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with established professional medical editorial standards (e.g., AMA style) and a working knowledge of ethical guidelines (e.g., ICMJE, GPP2022) is required.
• Experience in Heme/Oncology and solid tumors is advantageous.
