This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for the planning, creation, and management of scientific content for designated accounts across multiple therapeutic domains.
• Overseeing assigned accounts and engaging with clients.
• Spearheading the scientific components of brand strategy and business development.
• Administering resource distribution and collaborating with client services to formulate Statements of Work (SOWs) and timelines.
• Recognizing opportunities for both new and organic growth.
• A master's or doctoral degree in a scientific discipline is mandatory.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of pertinent experience with promotional medical education materials such as advisory boards, speaker events, slide presentations, etc.
• Proven organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capability to analyze and interpret scientific information.
• Proficient in multitasking, working autonomously, and managing projects under strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with established professional medical editorial standards (e.g., AMA style) and ethical regulations.
• Experience in rare diseases is essential, with additional nephrology experience considered an advantage.
