
Senior Scheduler – Data Center Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop, monitor, and refresh the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for owners.
• Create the schedule management program along with deliverables intended for large-scale capital programs.
• Serve as a reliable advisor to project stakeholders, offering guidance and recommendations.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documentation for project team approval.
• Perform resource loading and leveling within the schedule.
• Integrate contractors' schedules into the IMS.
• Evaluate impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities, reporting findings to the project team.
• Track schedule deviations and variances, assisting in the formulation of alternative corrective actions.
• Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology to assess project progress.
• Regularly review schedules with project team members to ensure the inclusion of accurate and timely data.
• Generate and distribute schedule progress reports, trending charts, and periodic schedule analyses.
• Keep a record of scope changes, trends, and variances that may impact schedule performance.
• Ensure the reliability of the information presented in the schedule.
• Maintain communication with clients and other consultants throughout all project phases.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field to construction.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Direct experience collaborating within teams in a complex matrix environment.
• Proficiency in using Primavera P6.
