Senior Scheduler – Data Center Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and refresh the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for owners.

• Create the schedule management framework and deliverables for large-scale capital programs.

• Act as a trusted advisor to project stakeholders, providing guidance and recommendations.

• Prepare initial baseline schedules and documentation for approval by project teams.

• Conduct resource loading and leveling of the schedule.

• Integrate contractors' schedules into the IMS.

• Evaluate impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities, reporting findings to the project team.

• Track schedule deviations and variances, aiding in the formulation of alternative corrective strategies.

• Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology to assess project progress.

• Regularly review schedules with project team members to ensure the incorporation of accurate and timely data.

• Prepare and present schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analyses periodically.

• Keep a record of scope changes, trends, and variances that may influence schedule performance.

• Ensure the reliability of the information contained in the schedule.

• Maintain communication with clients and other consultants throughout all stages of projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field in construction.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.

• Direct experience collaborating within a complex matrix environment.

• Proficiency in using Primavera P6.

• Strong communication skills.
