Senior SBA Product Business Development Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Accountable for independently sourcing SBA loan origination with a focus on client engagement, origination, and analysis.

• Evaluates financial statements and supporting documentation, formulates SBA loan proposals, conducts preliminary analysis, and prepares credit packages.

• Ensures adherence to relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as agency guidelines and organizational policies.

• Performs additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of equivalent SBA lending experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in SBA/Business/Commercial lending.

• A degree in Business or Finance is preferred.

• Experience in originating SBA loans.

• Knowledge of commercial loan underwriting systems.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor in both face-to-face and phone interactions.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in PC and internet usage.
