Senior SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead diverse, cross-functional project or program teams across the EMEA region, managing the entire project lifecycle.

• Take ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with project management methodologies and client expectations.

• Coordinate various teams throughout EMEA to guarantee timely and high-quality outcomes.

• Drive the completion of all project deliverables, including plans, budgets, testing, implementation, and the transition to business-as-usual (BAU) operations.

• Oversee project scope, schedule, quality, risks, and issues management.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, especially in HR Transformation initiatives supported by SuccessFactors.

• Allocate resources effectively from initiation through to completion, balancing delivery requirements with financial limitations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of international consulting experience in Human Capital Management (HCM).

• More than 5 years of experience managing a professional services team or organization.

• At least 4 years of experience leading SuccessFactors projects, particularly in Payroll & Time Management.

• A consultancy mindset with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Demonstrated success in project management and involvement in steering committees at senior levels within large organizations.

• Project Management certification(s) are highly regarded.

• Proficiency in English, both oral and written.

• Proficiency in German, both oral and written, is a significant advantage.
