
Senior SAP Solution Architect – SAP TM Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end solution architecture for the global LE-TRA → SAP TM transformation.
• Spearhead Discovery / Phase 0, fit-gap analysis, architecture option assessment, and Proof of Concept (PoC) activities.
• Establish the target architecture and transition strategy across SAP TM, LE-TRA, and S/4HANA.
• Oversee comprehensive solution design encompassing SAP TM, Blue Yonder TMS, WMS/PrIME/RTCIS, MIC, and associated integrations.
• Facilitate the redesign of LE-TRA shipment-centric processes into the SAP TM FO/FU/event-based model.
• Develop a remediation strategy for over 2,000 shipment-dependent custom objects and legacy dependencies.
• Manage integration architecture, interface principles, and event-driven patterns.
• Outline coexistence, migration, cutover, and phased rollout architecture.
• Lead the Design Authority and oversee key architectural decisions, exceptions, and deviations.
• Ensure consistency, scalability, and reuse of the global template across EMEA, Asia, and NALA.
• Convert architecture into actionable scope, estimates, roadmap, and implementation strategy.
• Provide architectural guidance throughout the Discovery → Design → Build → Test → Deployment → Hypercare phases.
• Act as the senior technical liaison to P&G architecture teams, DXC product teams, and external vendors.
• Manage architectural risks, cross-solution dependencies, and the overall integrity and technical quality of the solution.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and workshops.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM) and SAP LE-TRA (Logistics Execution – Transportation).
• SAP TM certification is preferred.
• Significant experience with LE-TRA to SAP TM transformation in complex, highly integrated SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of transportation and warehousing ecosystems and external platforms like Blue Yonder TMS, Blue Yonder PrIME, and MIC, among others.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise integration technologies and patterns, including EDI, IDoc, XML, SAP PO, and event-driven integration.
• Proven capability to evaluate complex legacy landscapes, dependencies, and customizations, translating them into feasible target architecture and transition strategies.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Strong grasp of large-scale SAP transformation delivery, architecture governance, and the implementation lifecycle.
• Prior experience leading Warehouse Management Projects as an Architect for multiple implementations.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Capable of leading requirements sessions and workshops.
• Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving skills.
