Senior SAP Sales and Service Cloud Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing guidance to our clients on the implementation and ongoing enhancement of SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions.

• Evaluating and improving current sales and service workflows.

• Designing, configuring, and deploying SAP cloud solutions.

• Facilitating workshops, training sessions, and enablement initiatives.

• Assisting the sales team with presales efforts.

• Collaborating closely with our delivery teams located in Europe, the Americas, and India.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a similar field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP consulting, particularly focusing on SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud.

• Strong understanding of processes in sales, customer service, or field service.

• Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

• Hands-on experience in change management within SAP CX projects.

• Ability to work independently, with a structured and solution-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork.

• Proficiency in both German and English.
