Senior SAP S4 HANA FICO Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Serve as a leader to design, architect, and implement SAP S4 HANA solutions within the SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) domain.

• Conduct business process evaluations to collect anticipated business outcomes and functional requirements, documenting end-to-end processes and business needs.

• Create and enhance SAP FICO functionalities, including configurations that align with client business requirements and integration points with other modules.

• Discover new opportunities to bolster clients' competitive edge by leveraging industry experiences and best practices.

• Provide insights and recommendations regarding industry trends and issues and their implications for clients.

• Lead and mentor consultants as well as client staff in the implementation of SAP FICO.

• Facilitate analysis and design sessions to generate requirements for client solutions.

• Oversee the design and development of tailored reports.

• Offer general technical assistance to our clients and provide training as necessary.

• Support the scoping of potential engagements and the creation of proposals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience with in-depth expertise in SAP FICO, having completed at least three (3) full life-cycle projects.

• Proficient in SAP solution design and development.

• Strong understanding of Finance business processes.

• Experience in a team leadership role.

• Adaptability and flexibility – our consultants are involved in everything from design to hands-on configuration and may take on new roles as needed.

• A strong client services focus, accustomed to actively participating in executing engagements and project plans/tasks.

• Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to present and write at a publication-quality level to convey findings and recommendations.

• A four-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• SAP Certification is preferred.
