Senior SAP RE-FX Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Set up and execute SAP RE-FX configurations

• Assist in the activation and setup of the RE-FX Business Function

• Organize and configure Lease In and Lease Out workflows

• Establish and oversee Real Estate contracts, encompassing conditions, indexation, renewals, and terminations

• Execute the Business Partner concept, associating customers and vendors with contracts and Real Estate entities

• Engage in rent calculation and processing tasks

• Facilitate billing operations (Lease Out) and integrations with accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Contribute to the migration, validation, and import of contract and entity data

• Aid in the generation of operational and financial reports pertinent to contract management

• Assist in defining operational KPIs, including rental income and future obligations

• Take part in key-user training, documentation, and the adoption of new processes

• Support the setup of profiles, access, and authorizations in accordance with project specifications

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Functional SAP RE-FX Consultant

• Familiarity with SAP Real Estate Management

• Background in Lease In and/or Lease Out processes

• Understanding of real estate contract management

• Experience in integrating SAP RE-FX with financial workflows

• Involvement in SAP implementation, configuration, or rollout initiatives

• Fixed-scope project: 400 hours

• Preferred: experience with SAP S/4HANA initiatives

• Preferred: understanding of financial processes linked with SAP RE-FX

• Preferred: experience in data migration initiatives

• Preferred: experience with training and the adoption of new methodologies

• Preferred: familiarity with Real Estate reporting and KPIs
