Senior SAP QM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver support and facilitate ongoing enhancements for SAP QM, which includes analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving incidents, issues, and defects.

• Configure SAP QM solutions to address new developments, business needs, and implementation initiatives.

• Create functional specifications for upgrades and new developments.

• Collaborate with the ABAP team on enhancement development, problem analysis, and bug resolution.

• Plan and carry out unit, integration, and regression testing.

• Assist in user acceptance testing.

• Ensure the integration of QM with EWM, PP, MM, and other SAP modules.

• Adhere to ITSM processes for incidents, problems, changes, and releases.

• Recommend process enhancements that align with industry best practices and regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical sector.

• Extensive experience in supporting and enhancing SAP QM projects.

• Strong practical experience with QM master data.

• Strong practical experience with quality notifications.

• Strong practical experience with quality cost management.

• Strong practical experience with quality inspections (inspection lots).

• Strong practical experience in Batch Management.

• Strong practical experience with Usage Decision.

• Strong practical experience in defect recording.

• Strong practical experience with DMR (Defect Management Reports, where applicable).

• Strong practical experience in integrating SAP QM with EWM, PP, MM, and other modules.

• Solid understanding of SAP QM business processes in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Experience working collaboratively with ABAP teams.

• Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incidents, Problems, Changes, and Releases).

• Advanced proficiency in English.
