Senior SAP FSCM Consultant – Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in implementation projects, transitioning from ECC to SAP S/4HANA, rollouts, and providing support for SAP FSCM solutions.

• Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and outline AS-IS and TO-BE processes.

• Develop functional designs and specifications, assisting development teams.

• Configure and set parameters for SAP FSCM Collections Management and Dispute Management.

• Assist in defining functional architecture and integrations among modules.

• Carry out and aid in unit, integration, and UAT testing.

• Support cutover planning, go-live phases, and hypercare activities.

• Mentor key users and functional teams on SAP best practices.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record as a Senior SAP FSCM Consultant.

• Demonstrated experience in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration/conversion projects (Brownfield) and/or Greenfield implementations.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Credit Management, SAP Collections Management, and SAP Dispute Management.

• Familiarity with financial processes integrated with SAP FI, SD, and Credit Management modules.

• Experience throughout all phases of the SAP project lifecycle utilizing SAP Activate or a comparable methodology.

• Proven expertise in conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and designing solutions.

• Experience in integrated testing, cutover support, and post-go-live stabilization.

• Understanding of integrations between SAP modules and the effects of conversion to SAP S/4HANA.

• Exceptional communication skills, a consultative approach, and robust client relationship management abilities.

• Degree in a Technology, Business, or Finance-related discipline.

• Experience with international projects (preferred).

• Knowledge of SAP Cash Management and SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) (preferred).

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and analytical applications (preferred).

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or Private Cloud (preferred).

• SAP certifications in FSCM, Financial Accounting (FI), or SAP S/4HANA (preferred).

• Experience in multicultural environments and in LATAM (preferred).
