Senior SAP Consultant, S/4HANA Transformation Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and implement solutions for data migration in complex S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

• Analyze both SAP and non-SAP source systems.

• Create extraction, mapping, and transformation strategies.

• Develop and enhance migration programs, along with data quality and validation tools.

• Assist in data cleansing, harmonization, and quality assurance efforts.

• Automate and optimize migration workflows to ensure quality, stability, and performance.

• Perform testing and support both business and technical go-live phases.

• Provide guidance to business departments, key users, and data owners on both business and technical issues.

• Actively participate in transformation projects within the SAP Utilities sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects.

• Proficient knowledge of ABAP, preferably including ABAP Objects.

• Extensive experience in data migration, data modeling, and data quality assurance.

• Familiarity with SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, or similar migration tools.

• Knowledge of SAP Utilities or SAP IS-U is a plus.

• Experience in analyzing complex system and process landscapes.

• An analytical and structured approach to tasks.

• A strong solution-oriented mindset and dedication to quality.

• Ability to work independently with a proactive, hands-on approach.

• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with business departments and IT.
