This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Integrate sales, demand, inventory, and production planning using a centralized, AI-driven platform to enhance supply chain resilience.
• Assist the technical lead in advancing the SAP landscape as the inaugural internal hire in the SAP IBP domain.
• Incorporate external consulting expertise within the organization.
• Collaborate closely with operational procurement (MM) and sales (SD) to convert their needs into IBP logic.
• Aid the subject-matter lead in creating and delivering training for newly implemented features and customizations.
• Act as the main point of contact for innovation, digitization, and optimization within the SAP IBP area.
• Support eight SAP colleagues in customization, debugging, testing, and rollout processes.
• Assume partial or full technical leadership of subprojects.
• You must reside and be registered in Germany (main residence).
• You should have completed a degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Logistics.
• You possess at least 8 years of professional experience as an SAP consultant.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning.
• You understand the practical aspects of logistics (e.g., supplier delays, seasonality, stockouts).
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a role that involved delivering large IBP implementations or complex rollouts end-to-end (design, testing, go-live).
• You have at least 3 years of continuous employment with the same employer.
• You are fluent in German (at least C1) and have a good command of English.
• You are open to traveling to the headquarters near Berlin for onboarding, company events, and workshops (travel time is counted as working hours).
• Ideally, you have experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Ideally, you have experience with SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) and knowledge of how to post planning data back into ERP systems (ECC or S/4HANA).
