This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and implement custom APEX classes, triggers, batch jobs, and schedulers to address intricate business needs, while also overseeing and maintaining the Salesforce organization to guarantee platform stability, performance, and scalability.
• Create modern, responsive user interfaces utilizing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
• Configure and enhance Sales Cloud features, including Opportunities, Leads, Contracts, and Campaigns.
• Design and execute REST API integrations between Salesforce and external platforms such as Gong, HubSpot, and Salesloft.
• Manage and optimize the bi-directional data synchronization between Salesforce and HubSpot to ensure consistent customer and pipeline data across systems.
• Integrate Salesloft with Salesforce for smooth activity capture, sequence management, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, validation, and testing of Salesforce metadata across both sandbox and production environments.
• Act as a reliable technical advisor, converting business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product/Engineering teams to grasp evolving needs and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and working sessions to identify pain points, align priorities, and achieve consensus on solution approaches.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and produce solution design documents, data flow diagrams, and integration specifications.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), and compliance best practices.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, API contracts, and operational runbooks.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and release planning as a member of an Agile delivery team.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Over 7 years of practical Salesforce development and consulting experience in enterprise environments.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification — mandatory.
• Extensive knowledge in APEX (classes, triggers, asynchronous processing) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven track record in designing and implementing REST API integrations with third-party platforms.
• Direct experience with HubSpot–Salesforce integration, covering data synchronization, lifecycle stage mapping, and field-level configuration.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesloft with Salesforce for tracking sales engagement and reporting.
• Strong expertise in Bitbucket and Git-based version control workflows (branching, merging, pull requests).
• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Copado, or similar.
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
