This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver services by providing ongoing maintenance, operational support, and updates for the systems managed within the three Salesforce client organizations.
• Ensure successful implementation of system updates.
• Offer operational support and optimize system performance.
• Oversee the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to maintain high-quality and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain integrations between Salesforce Orgs and external systems, facilitating seamless data flow.
• Conduct knowledge transfer activities to equip client staff with essential skills and expertise for ongoing operational success.
• Responsible for overseeing technical solution design, development leadership, integration strategy, and ensuring alignment with tasks and deliverables.
• Implement updates and provide ongoing maintenance, including operational support such as proactive system monitoring, performance tuning, user assistance, incident response within defined SLAs, regular health checks, and updates to documentation for existing applications.
• Execute system updates, which include decisive bug fixes and performance optimizations.
• Lead and manage all phases of the SDLC from requirements gathering to deployment, rigorous testing, and post-deployment support.
• Maintain integration processes between Salesforce Orgs and external systems.
• Implement adaptive maintenance and apply security fixes to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to agreed-upon standards and best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive knowledge transfer activities for client staff and their designees.
• Within the last ten (10) years, must have four (4) years of full-time experience in a technical lead or architect role, directly accountable for the design, development, and implementation of integrated IT solutions.
• Experience with a minimum of 5,000 users (internal and external users combined).
• Experience managing at least 5 million data records.
• Familiarity with multi-tier (n-tier) architecture.
• Experience in high availability environments (e.g., clustering, load balancing).
• Within the last ten (10) years, must have at least three (3) years of experience leading a team of at least five (5) full-time resources.
• Within the last ten (10) years, must have at least three (3) years of full-time experience as a Salesforce application developer implementing solutions, including three (3) or more of the following:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components
• Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
• Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL)
• RESTful API development and integration
• Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree.
