This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
β’ Spearhead the design, strategy, and governance of intricate, enterprise-wide Salesforce implementations.
β’ Serve as trusted advisors to clients by defining technical solutions, managing integration architecture, ensuring high-performance standards, and mentoring teams.
β’ Take ownership of technical discovery, solution design, and documentation for client engagements.
β’ Perform technical reviews to guarantee that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and in accordance with Salesforce best practices.
β’ Design and supervise integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, ETL).
β’ Act as the primary technical point of contact for significant client accounts.
β’ Facilitate technical workshops, discovery sessions, and presentations for stakeholders.
β’ Convert complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
β’ Assist in pre-sales activities through technical scoping, estimation, and proposal contributions.
β’ Develop trusted relationships with client technical teams and leadership.
β’ Manage a team of 3-4 technical consultants and developers.
β’ Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
β’ Mentor and coach team members, aiding their technical growth and certification pursuits.
β’ Allocate and oversee team workload across various projects.
β’ Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
β’ Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new technical team members.
β’ 8 years of practical Salesforce development and architecture experience.
β’ Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security model, and governor limits.
β’ Exceptional client-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Capability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
β’ Prior experience managing or leading a small technical team.
β’ Familiarity with integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, platform events).
β’ Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
β’ Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect).
β’ Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
β’ Exposure to other platforms (e.g., NetSuite, MuleSoft) is advantageous.
β’ Experience in a consultancy or professional services setting.
β’ Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Vlocity/Industries, or Marketing Cloud.
β’ Familiarity with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar).
