This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Lead the deployment and enhancement of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including functionalities of Marketing Cloud Next.
• Design marketing automation frameworks that are scalable and aligned with business objectives and customer engagement strategies.
• Configure and oversee primary SFMC modules such as:
• Journey Builder
• Email Studio
• Automation Studio
• Mobile Studio
• Advertising Studio
• Data Cloud integrations
• Personalization and AI-driven functionalities
• Develop, implement, and enhance multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and various digital platforms.
• Create and sustain customer journeys utilizing advanced segmentation and personalization techniques.
• Ensure the accuracy of campaign delivery, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM, CDP, APIs, and external platforms.
• Manage data extensions, SQL queries, automations, and audience segmentation tasks.
• Facilitate real-time data synchronization and customer lifecycle management.
• Develop dynamic and personalized content using:
• AMPscript
• SSJS
• HTML/CSS
• SQL
• Create reusable templates, automation workflows, and scalable campaign structures.
• Troubleshoot platform challenges and enhance system performance.
• Monitor campaign KPIs and metrics related to customer engagement.
• Generate insights and recommendations to boost conversion rates, retention, and overall customer experience.
• Assist with A/B testing, reporting dashboards, and analysis of marketing performance.
• Collaborate with teams from marketing, CRM, sales, analytics, and technology.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on SFMC best practices.
• Engage in solution architecture discussions and stakeholder workshops.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud Next capabilities and contemporary customer engagement platforms.
• Proven expertise in:
• Journey Builder
• Automation Studio
• Email Studio
• SQL
• AMPscript
• API integrations
• Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM/Data Cloud/CDP solutions.
• Solid understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and omnichannel approaches.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
