This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Oversee the deployment and enhancement of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including the functionalities of Marketing Cloud Next.
• Create scalable marketing automation frameworks that align with business objectives and customer engagement strategies.
• Set up and manage essential SFMC modules such as:
• Journey Builder
• Email Studio
• Automation Studio
• Mobile Studio
• Advertising Studio
• Data Cloud integrations
• Personalization and AI-driven features.
• Develop, implement, and refine multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and various digital platforms.
• Construct and sustain customer journeys utilizing advanced segmentation and personalization techniques.
• Ensure the accuracy of campaign delivery, quality control, and performance tracking.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM, CDP, APIs, and external platforms.
• Manage data extensions, SQL queries, automations, and audience segmentation tasks.
• Facilitate real-time data synchronization and customer lifecycle management.
• Create dynamic and personalized content using:
• AMPscript
• SSJS
• HTML/CSS
• SQL
• Develop reusable templates, automation workflows, and scalable campaign structures.
• Resolve platform issues and enhance system performance.
• Track campaign KPIs and customer engagement metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations to boost conversion rates, retention, and overall customer experience.
• Assist with A/B testing, reporting dashboards, and marketing performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with teams in marketing, CRM, sales, analytics, and technology sectors.
• Mentor junior team members and offer guidance on SFMC best practices.
• Engage in solution architecture discussions and stakeholder workshops.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Next functionalities and contemporary customer engagement platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in:
• Journey Builder
• Automation Studio
• Email Studio
• SQL
• AMPscript
• API integrations.
• Experience in integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM/Data Cloud/CDP solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and omnichannel strategies.
