• Create and implement sophisticated technical solutions that prioritize scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Oversee the execution of intricate integrations, asynchronous patterns, error management, and observability.
• Assess the trade-offs among declarative configuration, Apex, LWC, integration, and event-driven architecture.
• Conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents, performance challenges, and platform constraints, while establishing mitigation strategies.
• Develop deployment strategies, manage versioning, and implement CI/CD, along with automating validations and release governance.
• Establish integration standards, focusing on API security, authentication, failure management, and idempotency.
• Design and review solutions utilizing Apex, LWC, integrations, and various features of the Salesforce platform.
• Offer technical support to foster ongoing enhancements in solutions and operational practices.
• Guide developers, provide technical training, and facilitate the team’s progression in expertise.
• Assist in architectural design, estimations, risk assessment, and the evolution plan for the platform.
• Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce Core development.
• In-depth understanding of Apex, with an emphasis on scalability, code reuse, exception handling, and architectural best practices.
• Familiarity with asynchronous processing techniques, including Queueable, Batch Apex, Future methods, and Schedulable.
• Experience managing high data volumes, implementing bulkification, and optimizing performance while adhering to platform limits.
• Proficiency in developing user interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Knowledge of Aura Components and Visualforce Pages.
• Experience with integrations and handling APIs, including REST, Apex REST, Composite API, Bulk API, and Graph API.
• Understanding of integration patterns, webhooks, and inter-system communication.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git, GitHub, and CI/CD methodologies applied to Salesforce development.
• Awareness of platform development best practices, including test classes, code coverage, technical organization, and quality of delivery.
• Capability to test, analyze, and review applications effectively.
• Strong commitment and organizational abilities.
