Regional Sales Manager – Agriculture, Industrial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Actively seek out and cultivate new customer relationships within the Agriculture and Industrial sectors.

• Focus on OEMs, contractors, wholesale distributors, and major end-users.

• Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings to generate leads and enhance brand recognition.

• Act as the primary contact for all sales-related inquiries within your designated territory.

• Nurture existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

• Utilize CRM tools to organize customer information, manage sales pipelines, and track follow-ups.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies as needed.

• Provide regular sales activity reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

• Work closely with internal teams such as Product Management, Customer Service, and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and operational coherence.

• Assist in implementing field-level execution of broader national strategies and product launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; relevant industry experience will be considered.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in B2B settings; strong preference for Agriculture, Poultry, and/or Industrial markets.

• Proven track record of establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

• Experience in launching or expanding new project lines is advantageous.

• Ability to work independently in field sales across a multi-state region.
