Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance Salesforce architectures, collaborating across primary clouds and integrating with existing legacy systems.

• Develop, review, and ensure high code quality in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.

• Suggest ongoing improvements to architecture, automation, and development processes.

• Collect technical requirements, conduct impact analysis, and evaluate limitations of the Salesforce platform.

• Serve as a technical mentor for junior and mid-level developers, performing code reviews and offering technical support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Vlocity, OmniStudio, and Agentforce.

• Practical experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; skilled in Apex and Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.

• Experience with intricate integrations (REST, SOAP, middleware); comprehensive understanding of data security, profiles, permission sets, and the sharing model.

• In-depth knowledge of data modeling, automation, and Salesforce architecture.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, source control, and management of Salesforce environments.

• Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and comprehending technical documentation.

• Preferred: Salesforce certifications, experience in large-scale enterprise settings, knowledge of event-driven architecture, experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Sensedia, OSB, etc.), and involvement in high-volume, mission-critical projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
