• Extensive experience on the Salesforce platform

• Focus on the Utilities sector (E&U)

• Ability to translate business processes into efficient solutions

• Analysis of functional requirements

• Experience in mentoring junior developers

• Knowledge of best practices in governance and release management

• Proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable, asynchronous)

• Hands-on experience with LWC + native Industries components (FlexCards)

• Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations + Platform Events + Change Data Capture

• Experience with OmniStudio Developer (Advanced Integration Procedures, complex DataRaptors)

• Mastery of Salesforce DX, DevOps Center, SFDX, Git workflows

• Skills in performance optimization (government limits, large data volumes)

• Portuguese-BR: Native

• English or Spanish: A plus
