This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Design, implement, and support Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and data models.
• Take ownership of technical delivery from the initial design phase through to release.
• Employ best practices in clean architecture, testability, performance, and maintainability.
• Establish and advocate for platform standards, coding conventions, code reviews, and design guidelines.
• Create and enhance efficient, scalable Lightning Web Components and user experiences.
• Implement Salesforce security measures and sharing concepts, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security.
• Design and execute REST and SOAP integrations, platform events, and connectors with robust patterns, strong authentication, and effective error handling.
• Optimize solutions for governor limits, bulkification, caching, transaction management, and asynchronous processing.
• Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers through pair programming and knowledge sharing.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Data, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and delivery strategies.
• Develop meaningful unit and integration tests to ensure reliable test coverage.
• Enhance observability and maintainability through thorough documentation, architectural decision records, and knowledge sharing.
• Influence auxmoney’s Salesforce platform, technical standards, and strategic architecture decisions.
• Over 8 years of practical Salesforce development experience in enterprise settings.
• Advanced skills in Salesforce Flows.
• Strong proficiency in Apex and object-oriented programming.
• Extensive expertise in Lightning Web Components, including lifecycle management, reactivity, performance optimization, and UI/UX best practices.
• Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models, including least-privilege design principles.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, OAuth, named credentials, and external credential management.
• Capability to select integration patterns for complex scenarios.
• Knowledge of governor limits, bulkification, transactions, asynchronous processing, and error handling techniques.
• Proficiency with Git and managing pull requests.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD for Salesforce, including Salesforce DX and GitHub Actions.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Additional skills in German, Salesforce certifications like PD I or PD II, progress on the Architect track, experience with managed packages, platform events, and Data Loader or ETL are advantageous.
