• Act as a Senior Consultant, delivering and executing functional services for customers.
• Offer industry-leading practices and serve as a reliable advisor to clients.
• Utilize Salesforce and/or Amazon platforms (such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Knowledge, and Amazon Connect).
• Convert business requirements into scalable solution designs and configurations.
• Promote continuous improvement and foster innovation in long-term customer engagements.
• Lead the gathering of requirements and serve as the expert in Salesforce and/or Amazon platforms.
• Manage onboarding activities for clients and team members.
• Collaborate with customers to define and oversee the Backlog.
• Establish User Personas.
• Develop and refine User Stories.
• Break down User Stories into actionable Tasks.
• Simultaneously manage 3–4 managed services engagements with support from global delivery teams.
• Monitor budget usage, track timelines, and manage resource allocation as per contract agreements.
• Oversee engagement status, including risks, issues, and communication with clients.
• Execute routine and complex Salesforce configurations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Owner to ensure client satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach junior functional and technical team members.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce and Amazon capabilities.
• 3-5+ years of practical experience with the Salesforce platform, addressing complex use cases across its wide range of functionalities.
• Extensive experience in business processes, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce Platform and its architecture; familiarity with Amazon products is advantageous.
• Eager and capable of learning new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Client-facing experience in areas such as Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, and delivering solution options to customers.
• Proficient in writing user stories, including estimation/sizing and release planning.
• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Additional Salesforce Certifications or accreditations are a plus, especially AI Specialist, Community Cloud, Field Service Lightning Consultant, or CPQ Specialist.
