Senior Salesforce Configuration, Field Service Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete Salesforce configuration and enhancement process

• Design and manage Field Service workflows, including job allocation, scheduling, dispatch, and mobile workflows

• Create scalable systems to support high-volume service operations

• Optimize the lead → booking → job completion → billing pipeline

• Configure and enhance:

• Flows, automations, and validation rules

• Objects, fields, and page layouts

• Reports and dashboards to ensure operational visibility

• Connect Salesforce with external tools such as dialers, payment systems, and applications

• Minimize manual processes through automation and system design

• Diagnose performance issues and apply best-practice solutions

• Offer strategic insights on scaling operations and CRM architecture

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience with Salesforce (Admin / Consultant / Architect level)

• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL)

• Demonstrated success in building systems for:

• Service-oriented businesses

• Field technician and mobile workforce environments

• Strong expertise in:

• Flow Builder (advanced level)

• Process automation

• Complex object relationships

• Experience with integrating Salesforce and third-party platforms

• Capability to convert business operations into effective system design
