
Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Act as the main administrator for the Salesforce platform utilized by Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service, and other departments.
• Oversee user onboarding, offboarding, role assignments, permission sets, and access requests.
• Ensure the quality, security, governance, and change-management standards of Salesforce data are upheld.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce user management, including page layouts, fields and objects, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and record types.
• Resolve user issues and collaborate with technical teams to find solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and meetings for requirements gathering.
• Document existing and future business processes, including process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Analyze business needs, assess solution alternatives, and suggest scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and technical teams to implement and review proposed solutions.
• Oversee enhancement requests from initiation to deployment.
• Coordinate project tasks among business teams, technical staff, and external partners.
• Assist in prioritizing Salesforce projects, conducting requirements reviews, testing, deployment planning, and UAT.
• Report project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Promote user adoption through training, documentation, communication, and change management strategies.
• Lead or assist with CRM-related projects, including project plans, timelines, status updates, risk management, and CRM roadmap development.
• Continuously assess processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, user experience, data quality, and adoption.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, or a related area; alternatively, 6 years of experience with a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in supporting Salesforce CRM environments.
• Background in business systems analysis, CRM administration, business process improvement, or similar roles.
• Expertise in gathering business requirements and converting them into functional system solutions.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and CRM best practices.
• Excellent skills in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to convert business needs into functional requirements and provide solution recommendations.
• Strong capabilities in stakeholder management and facilitation.
• Experience in coordinating efforts among business teams, developers, and external implementation partners.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with documenting process flows, business requirements, use cases, and user stories.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly preferred.
• Preferred experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, technology, or complex B2B environments.
