This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation and dissemination of top-notch materials that articulate data analysis findings, educational content, and various program communications.
• Enhance overall quality management by collaborating with authors, subject matter experts, and colleagues.
• Implement the quality management process throughout the development and execution phases of program outputs.
• Evaluate materials and communications to ensure compliance with predefined quality standards.
• Offer constructive feedback to authors regarding necessary changes to meet quality benchmarks.
• Work alongside clients, program leadership, and task areas to pinpoint and document quality requirements.
• Aid in the development and upkeep of quality management processes that align with client and GDIT standards.
• Review and edit communications intended for clients and the public.
• Conduct document audits and reviews, including recording findings, remediation actions, and final decisions.
• Oversee and manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely and precise completion.
• Bachelor’s degree; relevant work experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level.
• Competent in Adobe Acrobat Pro at an intermediate level.
• Familiar with SharePoint, including document sharing and version control at an intermediate level.
• Understanding of Jira/Confluence.
• Experience in the federal, state, or private payer healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in proofreading and editing communications for clients and the public.
• Capability to comprehend client needs and align deliverables with the appropriate communication style and voice.
• Experience in conducting document audits/reviews, including documenting findings, remediation actions, and final decisions.
• Ability to manage and oversee multiple diverse projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Section 508 compliance is preferred.
• Experience with CommonLook Suite is preferred.
• Experience with Box is preferred.
• No security clearance is necessary.
• U.S. citizenship is not a requirement.
• Less than 10% travel is expected.
• Scheduled for 40 hours per week.
