Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements from stakeholders, converting them into technical specifications for Salesforce solutions.

• Conduct workshops and interviews to gather requirements, pinpoint pain points, and outline user stories, use cases, and process flows.

• Execute gap analysis between current business processes and Salesforce capabilities, recommending solutions and enhancements.

• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Configure Salesforce functionalities, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, and approval processes.

• Create and implement test plans, develop test cases, and conduct user acceptance testing.

• Offer ongoing support, training, and documentation to end-users.

• Keep abreast of Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, suggesting continuous improvements.

• Assist in generating reports and dashboards for business performance and insights into Salesforce usage.

• Engage in release management activities, including impact analysis and deployment planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Over 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong emphasis on Salesforce.

• Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for Salesforce implementations.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.

• Experience in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflow rules, Process Builder, and validation rules.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable business terms.

• Strong interpersonal skills and capability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is highly preferred.

• Experience with Salesforce integration projects is a plus.

• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components is advantageous.
