Salesforce Business Analyst – IRS MBI/Public Trust clearance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct workshops with IRS stakeholders to identify and prioritize business processes that can be automated using Agentforce.

• Record user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agent Instructions/prompts in accordance with IRS policies.

• Develop current and future process flows to highlight opportunities for AI-agent involvement.

• Establish testing strategies to ensure AI grounding and accuracy.

• Engage in User Acceptance Testing to mitigate hallucinations and uphold security protocols.

• Create training materials and documentation for IRS staff implementing autonomous digital assistants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active IRS MBI or Public Trust clearance.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.

• At least 1 year dedicated to AI-driven solutions or automated workflows.

• Hands-on experience in defining Topics and Actions within the Agentforce framework.

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification is mandatory.

• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification is required.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Expertise in Salesforce Flow.

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart.

• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts, including grounding and LLM reasoning, to non-technical federal leaders.
