This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Act as the main contact for Salesforce users and manage support requests.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues, escalating more complex problems as necessary.
• Comprehend user difficulties, determine root causes, and suggest viable solutions.
• Foster user engagement and offer advice on Salesforce best practices.
• Develop and uphold Salesforce reports, dashboards, and homepage elements.
• Address business reporting needs and ensure the consistency of key performance indicators.
• Conduct data audits, cleansing, deduplication, bulk updates, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Oversee and ensure data quality across Salesforce objects and processes.
• Assist with user management, record upkeep, field modifications, page layouts, and configuration adjustments.
• Aid in Salesforce security administration, which includes profiles, permission sets, roles, and access controls.
• Support Salesforce Flows and automation while adhering to established governance standards.
• Document system updates and maintain the integrity of the platform.
• Engage in User Acceptance Testing for enhancements and releases.
• Verify system modifications against business requirements prior to deployment.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and improvements to the user experience.
• Provide support to global business users primarily during Pacific Time business hours.
• Occasionally travel and provide non-standard hours, overtime, or on-call support as required by business demands.
• 1–3 years of experience in supporting Salesforce, CRM systems, business applications, or related technologies.
• Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, data validation, or database-related processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and work independently as well as collaboratively.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.
• Equivalent experience in Salesforce administration or support will be highly regarded.
• A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce reports, dashboards, profiles, permission sets, flows, and security models.
• Experience in supporting ticketing systems, technical support environments, or help desk operations.
• Knowledge of SQL, data queries, or data manipulation tools is a plus.
• Must be able to work during Pacific Time zone hours.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.
