Salesforce Business Analyst – IRS MBI/Public Trust clearance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead workshops with IRS stakeholders to pinpoint and prioritize business processes ideal for automation through Agentforce.

• Create comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agent Instructions (prompts) to ensure AI functionalities align with IRS policies.

• Develop current and future process flows, highlighting opportunities for AI agents to minimize manual interventions or enhance data precision.

• Establish testing methodologies for AI grounding and precision.

• Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm that agents prevent hallucinations and comply with security protocols.

• Produce training resources and documentation to assist IRS staff in adapting to collaboration with autonomous digital assistants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active IRS MBI or Public Trust clearance.

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, including at least 1 year dedicated to AI-driven solutions or automated processes.

• Hands-on experience in defining "Topics" and "Actions" within the Agentforce framework.

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification is mandatory.

• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification is required.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Proficiency in Salesforce Flow.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart.

• Outstanding ability to communicate complex AI concepts, like grounding and LLM reasoning, to non-technical federal leaders.
