Salesforce Business Analyst – IRS MBI, Public Trust Clearance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead workshops with IRS stakeholders to identify and prioritize business processes that can be automated using Agentforce.

• Document comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agent Instructions (prompts) in accordance with IRS policies.

• Develop current and future process flows to highlight opportunities for AI-agent interventions.

• Establish testing strategies to ensure AI grounding and accuracy.

• Engage in User Acceptance Testing to guarantee that agents avoid hallucinations and adhere to security protocols.

• Create training materials and documentation for IRS staff transitioning to autonomous digital assistants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active IRS MBI or Public Trust clearance.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.

• At least 1 year of experience focused on AI-driven solutions or automated workflows.

• Hands-on experience defining "Topics" and "Actions" within the Agentforce framework.

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification is mandatory.

• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification is required.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Expertise in Salesforce Flow.

• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart.

• Outstanding ability to articulate complex AI concepts, such as grounding and LLM reasoning, to non-technical federal leadership.
