This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Development and maintenance of complex Salesforce flows, automations, and process solutions to meet business requirements within Salesforce.
• Integration and enhancement of Salesforce with other tools such as call centers or ERP systems.
• Participation in sprint planning and refinement sessions in collaboration with developers, administrators, and the CTO.
• Ensuring data quality and consistency, as well as executing data migrations.
• Documentation of changes and technical processes.
• Assistance in the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and templates.
• Training and support for end users.
• At least 5 years of experience in the development and administration of complex Salesforce flows and automations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales & Service), ideally also in JustOn, Experience Cloud, and Field Service.
• Experience with change management processes in Salesforce, preferably with Gearset.
• Familiarity with Apex and Lightning Web Components is a plus.
• Structured and meticulous work approach.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and German at B2 level for end-user support.
