Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the administration and enhancement of Salesforce to facilitate cohesive workflows across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.

• Design and maintain complex Flows for smart lead routing, automated lifecycle management, and data-driven triggers.

• Perform advanced data operations such as deduplication, normalization, and enrichment.

• Sustain the technical infrastructure of the CRM, including record types, page layouts, validation rules, and detailed permission sets.

• Develop high-quality dashboards to monitor pipeline health, marketing attribution, and team performance metrics.

• Integrate Salesforce seamlessly with the wider ecosystem of sales enablement and marketing automation tools.

• Manage a state-of-the-art stack (ZoomInfo, Clay, D&B) and support AI-driven tools for efficient prospecting and execution.

• Collaborate with our client’s consulting teams to implement and support impactful, client-facing Salesforce solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Salesforce Certified Admin with over 3 years of experience on the platform.

• Proficient in Advanced Flow Builder with an emphasis on scalable, low-code automation.

• Expert in Relational Data with comprehensive knowledge of record types and data modeling.

• Skilled in Data Management, particularly in large-scale deduplication and data hygiene.

• Demonstrated ability to synchronize Sales and Marketing technology stacks.

• Proficient in creating dashboards for pipeline, activity, and attribution tracking.

• Experience with external BI platforms (e.g., Klipfolio) to visualize complex data beyond native Salesforce reporting is preferred.

• Functional knowledge of SQL for advanced data auditing, troubleshooting, and detailed analysis is preferred.

• Familiarity with the emerging landscape of AI-driven RevOps tools, especially for intelligent prospecting and automated data enrichment is preferred.
