Senior Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Accountable for spearheading the continual development of Salesforce implementation.

• Collaborates with functional leaders, cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts to identify, design, and implement new business processes.

• Manages daily configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of the CRM platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Responsible for managing over 1500 Salesforce users in the current organization.

• Familiarity with deployment tools such as Copado or Gearset and GitHub.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 4 years of applicable experience.

• Possession of ADM201, ADM211, or other Sales Administration certifications.

• Preferred: Certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Developer.
