This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of user accounts, encompassing permissions, roles, profiles, and sharing rules across various business units.
• Implement configuration modifications such as creating objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules; design and sustain declarative automation through Salesforce Flows.
• Address and resolve incoming support tickets, ensuring comprehensive resolution and clear communication with internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular data hygiene activities, including de-duplication and standardization of field usage.
• Operate within two-week sprints and adhere to established release pipelines, collaborating with DevOps engineers to transition changes from sandbox to production.
• Develop and maintain tailored reports and dashboards that enable our Sales and RevOps teams.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flow, user permission management, and core configuration (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud).
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage tasks effectively within a global reporting framework.
• Experience in a sprint-based environment and familiarity with release management and deployment cycles.
• Proficient English language skills are crucial for engaging with stakeholders and documenting technical changes.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) is considered a "nice to have," but we prioritize your practical experience and knowledge of the platform above all else.
