This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Oversee and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments across various business functions.
• Configure and sustain Salesforce utilizing declarative tools such as: Flows, Validation rules, Permission sets, Profiles and roles, Record types, Page layouts, Approval processes, Reports, and dashboards.
• Assist with ongoing platform enhancements and identify opportunities to boost scalability, usability, and operational efficiency.
• Manage user provisioning, access controls, permission structures, and implement security best practices.
• Conduct regular system maintenance including sandbox management, release testing, troubleshooting, and platform health monitoring.
• Work collaboratively with RevOps leadership and business stakeholders to facilitate operational enhancements and minimize manual processes.
• Aid in defining requests and assessing technical viability for enhancements and new projects.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to enhance operational visibility and support business decision-making.
• Monitor and enhance CRM data quality, consistency, and completeness.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical Salesforce Administration experience in a SaaS or rapidly growing business environment.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in managing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
• Advanced proficiency with declarative automation tools, especially Salesforce Flow.
• Experience in managing permissions, profiles, roles, sharing models, and user administration.
• Background in supporting Salesforce integrations and connected GTM applications.
• Solid understanding of CRM data management, reporting, dashboards, and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with SOQL APIs, sandbox management, and deployment/change management processes.
• Basic knowledge of Apex troubleshooting/debugging.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient English communication skills, enabling effective interaction with vendors, developers, and business stakeholders.
