• Oversee and improve the fundamental technology stack utilized for revenue cycle management

• Train and empower colleagues to effectively utilize technology solutions

• Deliver exceptional support to internal stakeholders

• Work collaboratively with the Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations teams

• Previous experience in a revenue or sales operations position utilizing Salesforce

• Self-driven and capable of mastering new processes independently

• Strong enthusiasm for technology in the sales domain

• Highly organized in managing various responsibilities
