This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Assist clients in the ongoing enhancement and optimization of their Salesforce platform.
• Collect requirements and feedback, and design scalable solutions based on best practices.
• Oversee the product roadmap.
• Manage all aspects of user and license administration, including the setup and deactivation of new users, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, organization-wide defaults (OWD), and sharing rules.
• Implement Salesforce configuration changes, such as Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, and assignment rules.
• Possess a foundational understanding of triggers and Apex code.
• Manage the sandbox environment.
• Identify and gather requirements, translating them into scalable, best practice solutions.
• Develop a platform roadmap and prioritize tasks while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Oversee communication regarding platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
• Manage data to enhance the quality of Salesforce data.
• Conduct proactive system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, and Health Checks.
• Address user support tickets and work on improving user adoption.
• Provide training for new users and ongoing training for existing users.
• Manage integrated applications and third-party vendors.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, specifically with Sales Cloud or other Salesforce products.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator.
• Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus.
• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree, or equivalent professional qualification.
• A proactive approach to enhancing the platform.
• Ability to design scalable, best practice solutions.
• Excellent skills in building relationships.
• Capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Skilled in translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in change management and governance.
• Training experience for end users and key stakeholders.
• Proficient in technical documentation.
• Available and responsive to inquiries.
• Experience in implementing Salesforce configuration changes.
• Familiarity with DevOps and release management practices.
