Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Management of the Salesforce platform, including user administration (creation, modification, deactivation), roles, profiles, permissions, and access control.

• Configuration and upkeep of Salesforce elements such as objects, fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards, Flows/automations, and validation rules.

• Addressing Salesforce-related incidents and requests.

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.

• Monitoring and enhancing platform performance.

• Assisting with release and deployment processes in partnership with technical teams.

• Offering user support along with guidance and training sessions.

• Documenting configurations and processes implemented.

• Contributing to initiatives aimed at process improvement and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a Salesforce Administrator role or a similar position.

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.

• Practical experience with user management and security models, as well as reports and dashboards; familiarity with automations (Flows/Workflows) is a plus.

• Capability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Competence in managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Preferred: Salesforce Administrator certification.

• Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git) and integrations (APIs/system integrations).

• Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud or equivalent solutions.

• Background in the financial or insurance sector.
