This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Oversee the creation and execution of extensive global sales training programs and change management initiatives that empower our commercial teams to thrive.
• Formulate and implement detailed change management strategies and conduct assessments to evaluate potential impacts on employees, processes, and systems.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs that address knowledge and skill deficiencies, ensuring that materials are engaging, relevant, and aligned with business goals.
• Establish the strategy for Learning Management System (LMS) administration and oversight, providing daily support and strategic implementation across teams utilizing Docebo and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Create innovative eLearning modules, video content, and performance support resources using Articulate Rise & Storyline, Adobe Suite, and other authoring tools while applying effective instructional design principles.
• Develop and implement impactful change communication plans to engage employees during transformation initiatives, utilizing various channels including Seismic to ensure consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with regional teams to tailor global initiatives to local needs, encourage best practice sharing, and ensure training methodologies are consistently applied across programs.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on training program KPIs, metrics, and key performance indicators to evaluate program effectiveness and promote continuous improvement.
• Offer coaching and support to managers and employees during periods of change, providing tools and resources to facilitate successful adoption.
• Construct and maintain a comprehensive training curriculum encompassing Value Based Selling (VBS), workflow selling, product knowledge, and leadership development using various formats including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including senior leaders, HR, and project managers to align change management and training initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Facilitate training sessions for sales representatives and managers, incorporating role play and practical application scenarios.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback and metrics to evaluate impact on employee performance and organizational goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and training budgets efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging learning technologies, and best practices in change management and training.
• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, human resources, instructional design, education, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training, change management, learning & development, or organizational development roles, or an equivalent combination of direct sales or marketing experience is also acceptable.
• Advanced certifications in Value Based Selling (VBS), sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN Selling, Korn Ferry programs such as Strategic Selling with Perspective), or change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, ATD) are highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and training delivery techniques.
• Confirmed experience in creating eLearning content, curriculum design, and delivery with a focus on web-based training modules.
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools including Articulate Rise & Storyline, Adobe Suite, and other content development tools.
• Proficient in Docebo (LMS), SAP SuccessFactors, Seismic, sales enablement tools, and CRM platforms.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to lead multiple concurrent cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives.
• Demonstrated capacity to influence and lead without formal authority in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness, collect, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledgeable in change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with sales processes, Value Based Selling (VBS), and workflow selling methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in developing blended learning programs using various modalities (classroom, virtual, eLearning).
• Ability to work effectively as an independent contributor while collaborating across functions.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (once a quarter at most) for training delivery, field observation, and regional collaboration.
