This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will create and execute a comprehensive global Learning & Development strategy that seamlessly aligns with our business objectives and customer success initiatives.
• You will guide and develop a team of skilled trainers and QA specialists, nurturing their professional growth while they drive excellence within the team.
• You will establish scalable learning frameworks, including certification pathways and learning academies, ensuring our knowledge expands in tandem with our growth.
• You will leverage data to drive decisions by evaluating QA trends and customer satisfaction feedback to enhance training content and deliver focused coaching insights to leadership.
• You will work collaboratively on a global scale, partnering with leaders in Product, Sales, and Operations to pinpoint capability gaps and convert them into effective training plans.
• You will be responsible for metrics, reporting on how your initiatives enhance team performance, from customer satisfaction to overall operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated, extensive knowledge and experience in Learning & Development, Quality Assurance, or Enablement, ideally within a SaaS or Customer Success context.
• A "People First" leadership approach with a proven history of developing and scaling global training or QA programs.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the proficiency to utilize data and reporting to foster continuous improvement and demonstrate tangible impact.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, enabling you to influence and inspire teams across various regions.
• Technical curiosity, with practical experience using LMS platforms and QA software to promote large-scale learning initiatives.
