This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Work collaboratively with internal specialists to develop, implement, and monitor all essential corporate trainings mandated by our regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML/CFT, Sanctions, Data Privacy/GDPR, Information Security, Anti-Bribery).
• Execute the annual planning for Learning and Development (L&D).
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and InfoSec departments to ensure that training programs are fully aligned with financial market regulations (e.g., MiCA, DORA, PCI-DSS).
• Keep meticulous, audit-ready training logs and completion records using the corporate Learning Management System (LMS) (KnowBe4).
• Serve as the primary HR liaison during internal, external, and regulatory audits to ensure complete compliance with training requirements.
• Conduct analyses of training needs across both technical and soft-skill areas, and develop customized onboarding learning paths.
• Establish automated tracking, reminders, and escalation pathways to guarantee 100% compliance and completion rates across a geographically diverse team.
• Oversee essential HR processes (including performance evaluations, employee relations, and off-boarding) for assigned teams, adhering strictly to corporate governance principles.
• Direct the distribution and acknowledgment of corporate policies, monitor employees’ electronic signatures to confirm they have read and understood the guidelines, and generate regular reports on policy comprehension.
• Continuously enhance the utilization of the corporate HR Information System (BambooHR) to ensure data security, automate reporting, and maintain seamless HR operational efficiency.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a demonstrated focus on executing L&D initiatives or coordinating mandatory compliance training programs.
• Direct experience in managing comprehensive core HR processes (including performance reviews, onboarding/off-boarding, and employee relations).
• Practical experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms to monitor employee progression, course completions, and training metrics.
• Familiarity with BambooHR (or similar HRIS systems) for efficient data management and reporting.
• Proficient in English, with exceptional communication and reporting abilities.
• Proven experience in HR roles within regulated industries (e.g., Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, FinTech, Crypto).
• Direct experience in compiling, organizing, and preparing employee training data for internal or regulatory compliance audits.
• Experience in managing HR and training frameworks for fully remote or globally distributed teams across various jurisdictions.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is a significant advantage.
