Senior Manager, Organizational Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and oversee the organization's Leadership Development Program.

• Conduct assessments to identify organizational learning needs and facilitate training programs.

• Create and sustain learning content and resources.

• Assess the effectiveness of learning programs by analyzing feedback and business metrics.

• Develop onboarding programs in collaboration with department leaders.

• Assist in performance management processes and provide training for managers.

• Drive initiatives for career development and succession planning.

• Enhance the organization's Learning Management System (LMS).

• Work with leaders to pinpoint training needs and learning initiatives.

• Promote talent development strategies for high-potential employees.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A Master's degree is preferred.

• 5–7 years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Proven experience in developing leadership development programs.

• Experience in facilitating instructor-led training sessions.

• Background in implementing or administering a Learning Management System.

• Experience in the healthcare, staffing, or service industry is preferred.

• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

• Ability to coach both managers and employees.

• Experience in creating learning materials and eLearning content.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning technologies.
