Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with academic stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and create high-quality, technically sophisticated, and scalable online learning experiences.

• Develop valid and high-quality assessments to evaluate evidence of learning for both formative and summative evaluations.

• Participate in continuous quality reviews and engage in data-driven assessments of learning experiences.

• Effectively manage multiple project timelines and available resources independently while striving for ongoing process efficiencies in instructional design and development initiatives.

• Utilize instructional design expertise, relevant learning theories, and understanding of learning technologies and environments.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience.

• A Bachelor's degree.

• Familiarity with learning management systems and educational technology platforms.
