
Senior Sales Specialist – Territory Manager, Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• The primary responsibility is to ensure consistent sales performance in the designated territory by delivering quality products and services, enhancing technical and selling skills to boost productivity, monitoring and reporting on competitor activities, and identifying business opportunities within the territory while managing existing accounts.
• Provide monthly sales data to the Associate Sales Manager to assist in the development of the proposed sales forecast.
• Collaborate with the Associate Sales Manager to create and implement a sales plan once the proposed forecast receives approval.
• Execute product sales strategies to guarantee the achievement of sales goals and targets.
• Apply effective selling techniques to meet customer needs and achieve territory sales objectives through consistent customer engagement.
• Recognize new business opportunities and acquire new or expanded business within the territory while sustaining current accounts.
• Develop and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly plans and outcomes; establish cycle goals, sales targets, and results to Sales and Marketing Management.
• Relay market intelligence to Sales and Marketing Management.
• Participate in scientific events, conferences, and exhibition booths as necessary.
• Conduct scientific meetings and key account planning with the customer base as required.
• Ensure all territory activities are carried out professionally and adhere to AbbVie standards and the Code of Conduct.
• Create and maintain territory and customer records.
• Attend regular departmental meetings with the manager to foster continuous feedback mechanisms.
• A degree in Science/Pharmacy or a related Medical field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Specialty Care products along with prior sales experience from a pharmaceutical company; experience in Hematology/Oncology is a plus.
• An assertive self-starter with a high level of self-confidence, intellectual curiosity, and strong executive presence.
• Capability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with all management levels.
